Thank you for making the 2009 Walk on the Wild Side presented by USA Fed Credit Union a big success!

The Walk, which is presented by USA Fed Credit Union, was an early morning stroll through the Zoo before it opened, and featured an expo with animal encounters, keeper talks, entertainment, and a wide variety of vendor booths.  Participants received a free T-shirt and goodie bag. 

With all of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into the  Walk, we depend on hundreds of volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and donors, who generously give of their time, goods, services, and outright donations.  They play an integral role in making the event a success, and their generosity is sincerely appreciated.   We would like to say thank you for your support.

The Walk attracted nearly 2,500 participants in 2009 and we are looking forward to you participating in 2010. Please check back with us at a later date.

For 2010, we’ve set the bar even higher—and that’s where you come in.  We hope you will join us on Saturday, October 9, 2010 for the 5th annual Walk on the Wild Side.  Bring a friend!
